I have used DJ Plumbing and Gasworks during the refurbishment on my house. Throughout I found them to be very professional and responsive, especially to the ad hoc requests that always seem to happen during a refurb. Their customer centric focus was a great help offering advice and pragmatic solutions which I have little doubt has saved me money in the long run. It was something Dan said to me that struck the right chord with me (in addition to the awesome work he’s done at our place).
He said too many tradies are riding the current wave thinking that this current demand will last forever, so they charge too much and provide shit service because they can. We have used for several projects related to renovation of our house. We have been very happy with the service and can rely on Dan to turn up when he says he is going to and to do a thorough job. He did all the plumbing and managed the subcontractors for the complete renovation of our bathrooms and in the process fixed some other plumbing problems we had. He is an experienced plumber and can make suggestions for solutions to problems.
He suggested and completed a fix for a long-standing issue with our hidden gutters and we have had no problems since. He is now doing the plumbing for our kitchen renovation.
